Tracking my return

You have returned your online order and the parcel hasn't been delivered to our Workshops yet. We invite you to contact our Customer Service team by completing this contact form or giving us a ring on 01 55 90 59 69. Our advisors will contact our carrier for more information about your return. Have you sent your order back to us by your own means, without using our online returns system? We suggest contacting the carrier you used for more information about your parcel.

The tracking number for your return parcel can be found in the email sent to you by our carrier with the return label. This tracking number can also be found in your order.
If you haven't created an online account when placing your order on Longchamp.com, you can check on the status of your order by going to the Track my order section. You will have to enter your order number, the email address you used to place the order and the billing address postcode.
If you have created a customer account when placing your order, we invite you to sign into My account and go to My orders.

Did you send your order back to us by post?
You will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original transaction, as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days after our Workshops have received the returned item. However, we reserve the right to defer the refund until we have received the item(s) or until you have provided proof that the item(s) have been dispatched (the first of these dates will be used).
Did you return your item(s) in store?
Your order will be refunded straight away whilst you're in store. If the refunded amount does not appear in your bank account in a few days, we invite you to contact the Store you visited.
