  • PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE

     

    You may browse and shop our latest collections and products online by refining your search by Line, Function, Color, and Material.

    Once you have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase, add them to your shopping cart and proceed to check out. At the time of check-out, you will be advised to provide your personal information through simple steps to finalize your order. If you are still browsing, you may go back to your cart at any time by following the shopping bag icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

    Please note, that if you have more than one item in your cart, they may be shipped out separately in multiple shipments.

     

    HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I PURCHASE?

     

    One single order may only contain a maximum of:

    - 10 items total 

    -  5 personalized items and/or three (3) identical items (identical model, material, and color)

    Each customer shall be limited to twenty (20) items over each period of twelve (12) consecutive months, regardless of their credentials.

     

    HOW CAN I PLACE A PHONE ORDER?

    Please note that only Collection items can be placed over the phone.

     

    HOW DO I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ONLINE ORDER?

     

    Personalized items: Longchamp can only accept order cancellations within 24 hours from the time your order was placed. Personalized items (My Pliage) will begin production after a 24-hour grace period, therefore, after this time you will have no ability to withdraw or cancel your order. Personalized items CANNOT be modified at any point. Orders will have to be canceled and re-ordered with their correct revisions within the 24-hour grace period.

    Please note all personalized items are FINAL SALE

     

    Standard Items: If you wish to cancel your standard order, please e-mail or call Customer Service Toll Free at (888) 828-8081 Monday through Sunday between 9 am to 5 pm EST.

     

    Unfortunately, we cannot make modifications to orders. In the case that you would like to make a modification (ex. wrong item selected, add/remove item) on your unprocessed order the order must be canceled and re-placed to avoid complications.

     

    Please note, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the order can be canceled especially if the parcel has left our premises.

    In the event that we cannot cancel your order, please refer to the Return & Exchange Document included with your package and/or on our website.

     

    HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

     

    To check your order status, please log in to your Longchamp account located in the upper right-hand corner of the page. You will then need to click on Track Orders where you will need to enter your order number, email address, and billing zip code.

    You may also contact Customer Service to check your order status at (888) 828-8081 or email helpusa@eshopping.longchamp.com Monday-Sunday from 9 am-5 pm EST .

     

    HOW DO I GET MY PURCHASED ITEMS GIFT WRAPPED?

     

    At the time of checkout, you will have the option to add gift wrapping and a gift message to your order.

    If you have already placed your order and forgot to choose the gift-wrapping option on your full-priced item, please contact Customer Service within 1 hour of placing your order to ensure we can update your changes before your order is processed.

    Please note sale and past season items cannot be gift wrapped.

     

    HOW CAN I LOCATE AN OUT-OF-STOCK OR UNAVAILABLE ITEM?

     

    Create a Back-in-Stock or Now-In-Stock  alert from the Product Display Page to have a notification sent to you via email when your favorite unavailable product becomes readily available. All alerts will be stored for up to 6 months. 

    Please note  that as the items become available, they will not be held and will be on a first come first purchase basis.

     

    HOW CAN I LOCATE AN ITEM THAT IS NOT CURRENTLY ON THE US LONGCHAMP.COM WEBSITE?

     

    We are only able to fulfill orders with items available on the Longchamp.com/us web page.
