- How can I check my order status?
To check your order status, please click on Account and then Login located in the upper right-hand corner. You will then need to click on Track Orders where you will need to enter your order number, email address and billing zip code. You may also contact Customer Service to check your order status.
- How do I know Longchamp received my online order?
A confirmation email will be sent automatically once the order has been received. In the email, you will find your order number and additional order details. If you did not receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours, please feel free to call Customer Service Toll Free at (888) 828-8081 Monday through Sunday between 9 am to 5 pm EST to confirm that we have received your order.
You will also receive a shipment confirmation email when the item(s) is dispatched from our facility, it will contain the tracking number of your package and carrier information. Please allow up to 1 to 3 business days to ship out Standard orders and 4 to 5 weeks to ship out personalized orders.
*My Pliage personalized bags may be subject to an extended delay. The current wait time will be provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
- How do I cancel or change my online order?
Personalized items: Longchamp can accept order cancellations within 24 hours from the time your order was placed. Personalized items will begin production after a 24 hour grace period, therefore, you have no right to withdraw or cancel your order after this time. Personalized items cannot be modified.
Standard Items: If you wish to modify or cancel your standard order, please e-mail or call Customer Service Toll Free at (888) 828-8081 Monday through Sunday between 9 am to 5 pm EST. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the order can be modified or canceled especially if the parcel has left our premises. In the event that we cannot modify or cancel your order, please refer to the Return & Exchange Document included with your package.
- What are the shipping costs and delivery lead time of my online order?
My Pliage personalized bags are created at our workshop in France and take approximately 4-5 weeks to be delivered. Orders can only be expedited once they are received in our facility, we cannot expedite an order while it is in production in France.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be shipping delays to any destination until further notice.
Orders must be placed by 12 pm EST to ship out the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship the next business day.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via Ground service.
For security reasons, purchases over $600 will require signature from the recipient when delivered.
- Can longchamp.com deliver to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Longchamp.com ships via UPS and USPS. If you place an order with a P.O Box/ APO or FPO address, please note that we will only be able to ship using USPS.
- Does Longchamp.com deliver over the weekend?
Longchamp.com can deliver packages on Saturdays for an extra cost depending on the item being shipped and the State to where the package is going to. You must contact our Customer Service department at (888) 828-8081 after you place your online order so that we can arrange this service. We do not provide shipping on Sundays.
- Does Longchamp.com deliver outside the United States?
Online orders from this section of the website may be made by residents of the U.S., for deliveries in the U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If you will like to ship internationally you must select from the countries listed.
- How can I retrieve my password?
Please go to the login section of our site and click on the Forgot Password link. Enter the email address that you used to create your account and click on the Reset My Password icon. You will then need to answer the security question to generate the reset link. An email with a temporary password which will then allow you to change your personal password under My Account.
- What forms of payments are accepted at longchamp.com?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Diners, JCB, and PayPal. For credit card verification, you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
- Does Longchamp.com charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Washington, D.C, Pennsylvania, and Washington State. Tax calculations are based on the shipping address.
- When will my card be charged for my online purchase?
Personalized items: We will charge your credit/debit card 24 hours after your order is submitted. After this grace period, your order is officially in production and cannot be canceled.
Standard items: We will only charge your credit/debit card when your order is dispatched from our facility. Prior to this, you may see an authorization on your card; these funds are kept in pending status until your order is shipped. If you have created multiple orders or attempts online there is a chance that you created additional authorizations. Any pending authorizations will be reversed within 3-5 business days depending on the processing time of the bank.
- Where can I buy Longchamp products?
Longchamp products are available for purchase online, at Longchamp boutiques, select department stores, and luxury multi-brand leather goods stores in the U.S. To find your nearest retail store, visit the Store Locator.
- Where does the Longchamp leather come from?
Our leather comes mainly from France, Italy, and Uruguay. The process of choosing leather is very selective and we strive to use the greatest quality materials. Our treating modes and sorting criteria are exclusive to Longchamp and our tanneries strictly respect environmental regulations.
- What are Longchamp’s authorized online retailers?
Longchamp operates one e-commerce site: www.Longchamp.com. The site address will vary slightly when the country is selected, i.e. us.Longchamp.com or fr.Longchamp.com. We do not have an outlet website nor do we recommend shopping at outlet or auction sites.
