After Sales Service

  • Please visit an authorized retailer or Longchamp boutique near you. Any damage caused during travel or transportation should be reported immediately to the relevant company that will take responsibility for the damage (i.e.: airline, hotel, taxi, car service, transit company, etc.).

    If you are not located near one of our boutiques, you may contact our Repair Center toll-free at (888) 216-0103 Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm EST or via email at repairs@longchampusa.com. Please note our Repair Center is operating at reduced hours due to COVID-19 and will respond back to you as soon as possible.

     

    Your items(s) will be sent to our Repair Center, who will make one of the below decisions regarding the condition of your item(s):

    • - Should our workshop identify and confirm a manufacturing fault, we will repair your item(s) free-of-charge or replace it with a brand new equivalent item.
    • - For items that have already been used, there may be an additional cost for the repair (a price list is also available at our boutiques).
    • - Your item will not be repaired if it is too worn. If this is the case, it will be returned back to you in its current condition.

     

    Longchamp does not offer cleaning services. Please refer to our care instructions under 'Product Details & Care' on each product page. We do offer conditioning and moisturizing cream which is available for purchase at our Longchamp boutiques. Please visit our 'Store Locator' to find a boutique near you.
