Ordering

  • Some of our Longchamp products are available for purchase on our Longchamp Online Boutique 

    In order to check the availability of an item, search or browse the site to select the product that interests you and click on it. This will result in one of the three below options:

    1.“Add to cart" button appears:  this means that you can order it online
    2.“Notify me” button appears: the product you are looking for is out of stock. You can click on “Notify me” to be notified when the product is back in stock or directly check the availability in store
    3.“ This product is not available online” : the product can’t be purchased online. However, you can check the availability in store

    You can contact our Customer service team per countries, where our advisers will be delighted to assist you if you cannot find a particular item.

     

  • You can use two ways to order with Longchamp :

    1.Online boutique
    Select the color and size you want to order

    For personalized product, select your design by following the personalization steps

    Click the "add to cart" button (your shopping cart will display)

    When you’re ready to complete your order click the “cart icon” at the right-hand corner. Click to “ View cart” to view your order. You can add a personalized message and choose your gift option.

    Check out as a guest, create your customer account or log-in into your account to access the check-out page
    Select your shipping method : Home delivery or click and collect
    Add your billing address and payment details and confirm your order by clicking on “confirm payment”

    If your payment is successful and your order has been received by Longchamp, an Order Confirmation page with your order confirmation number will display on the website. You will also immediately be sent an order confirmation to the email address you entered when you placed your order. A shipping email will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.

    2.Order by phone

    You can order by phone by contacting our Customer Service team per countries. Contact : +60 12 976 2195 Monday to Friday  (except public holidays), from 10:00am to 7:00pm, or email ecommerce@longchamp.com.my

     

     

  • Unfortunately, not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. To return any items please refer to our Return Policy

     

  • For personalized items, you have 24 hours since the order was placed to make any changes relating to its features (colors, choice of metal buckles, etc.), as long as these modifications do not lead to any changes in the price.   • For collection item : You can cancel your order if our logistic team did not start the process yet. Please check your order status directly with our Customer Service Team at Contact : +60 12 976 2195 Monday to Friday  (except public holidays), from 10:00am to 7:00pm, or EMAIL ecommerce@longchamp.com.my

    For personalized item : You have 24 hours since the order is placed to cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service team at Contact : +60 12 976 2195 Monday to Friday  (except public holidays), from 10:00am to 7:00pm, or EMAIL ecommerce@longchamp.com.my

     

  • An email will be sent to you as soon as we receive the product. We can’t guarantee the product will be replenished.

    Click on the email product link to display the product page and add to cart the product if you are still interested.

     

  • Orders per customer are limited to a total maximum amount of MR 50,000 Incl. of Tax (excluding any shipping costs or customs duties). Please note that the order may not contain more than:

    -  Three (3) identical items (identical model, material and colour); and/or

    -  Ten (10) items in total

    In addition, each customer shall be limited to twenty (20) items over each period of twelve (12) consecutive months, regardless of their credentials.

    You can’t select your quantity directly from the product page. To select more than one (1) quantity, you will need to come back to the product page and add the product to card again
