  • Only a purchase made on our official website, in a Longchamp Boutique or from an authorised distributor (corner in a department store or retailer) can guarantee the authenticity of an item.
    An original invoice is issued at the time of purchase, whether made online or in one of our Stores.
    We cannot guarantee or verify the authenticity of any item purchased outside of an official point of sale.


  • Maison Longchamp can issue you a duplicate invoice for your recent or older purchase.
    We invite you to contact the Boutique where the orignal purchase was made, you will find the contact details of all our points of sale here


  • You can check the availability of our items using the "Find in Store" option, available on each product page.
    We then recommend that you contact the Boutique direct to verify stock information and reserve your item.


  • Our Longchamp Boutiques offer a Distance Selling service.
