EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made between November 16, 2021-December 24, 2021, can be returned for a full refund until January 16, 2022. For items purchased outside of this time frame, our standard return policy applies.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect condition merchandise within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time however, we are happy to exchange your item(s) in any of our Longchamp boutiques. To find your nearest boutique, please use our Store Locator.

Please note: Products purchased on our site cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers, department stores, airport locations, or Longchamp outlets.
