    Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will ship out the same day (excluding holidays). If the order is placed after 12 PM EST it will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day, which is Monday.

     

    For security reasons, purchases over $400 CAD and personalized orders will require a signature from the recipient when delivered. 

     

     

     

    PO BOX & APO/FPO ADDRESSES:

    At the moment, our Canadian website does not ship orders to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

     

    OUTSIDE CANADA SHIPPING:

    If you would like to ship internationally, you must select from the countries listed. Orders placed on this website may only ship within Canada.

     

    PERSONALIZED ORDERS:

    Personalized bags are created at our workshop in France and take approximately  4-5 weeks to be completed and delivered. We cannot expand an order while it is in production. Please note, all personalized orders are FINAL SALE.

  • In an effort to reduce its carbon footprint, LONGCHAMP uses “standard” packaging when dispatching orders. From the manufacturing stages, Longchamp favours packaging with low environmental impact and minimal packaging waste. The standard packaging ensures the quality of the item it is protecting, while also being part of an eco-friendly initiative. Our delivery packaging is made from recycled paper or cardboard.

  • Gift wrapping celebrates the art of gift giving. Our gift packaging brings together LONGCHAMP’s traditional Heritage Green with Light Green, which embodies the brand's energy and creativity. Our gift packaging qualifies for the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) ecolabel. This guarantees the sustainable management of forests, the well-being of forestry workers, the conservation of biodiversity and the preserving of the rights of indigenous people.
