Returns & Exchanges

You have a period of thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your item(s) to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Should your order contain several items delivered separately, this period begins from receipt of the final item.
In all cases, please ensure that all items returned are complete (manual, accessories, etc.), in their original condition, with their original packaging, and provide a copy of your invoice. Incomplete, used, damaged or sullied returned items will not be accepted.

We will accept your returns by post or in one of your Longchamp stores.
Return in store :
Please bring the purchased item(s), together with the receipt to the Longchamp Boutique at :
- Sydney QVB
- Melbourne Collins St
- Melbourne Chadstone
- Brisbane
Return items must be in original condition and packaging, original receipt and shipping documents are required to be returned together with the itemReturn by post :
Write us at customerservice@longchamp.com.au with your order number, collection address and preferred date for collection
We will make the arrangements and email you the consignment label to attached on your return packaging

Return are free of charge whether they are made in store or by post.

Upon assessment and confirmation, the full retail value will be refunded no later than fourteen (14) working days, excluding any shipping fees to the payment method used for the initial transaction.

Personalised item(s) cannot be returned nor exchanged.

You may exchange your item(s) according to the following terms:
- The item that you wish to receive in exchange is of a higher value. You must pay the difference between the value of this item and the value of the ordered item.
- The item that you wish to receive in exchange is of a lower value
Difference of over $160: Credit note valid for one year only in LONGCHAMP Stores within the same country.
Difference of under $160: Difference will be refunded to the payment card.
