We will open your Customer Account as soon as you order from us for the first time; you will need to send us:

• Details of your bank account (“RIB”)
• Your SIRET identification number
• Your VAT registration number
• A duly signed copy of our General Conditions for Sales
• The recipients' names and the delivery details.
No order may be confirmed without this information. 

First order must be for at least 5000 euros all taxes included ("TTC").

 

> Special Orders

We may agree to design and manufacture articles on your own specifications (colours, particular marking, etc).

The following conditions apply to payment and delivery in respect of special orders:

• Down payment of 50% of the value of the order
• Delivery period of approximately 6 to 12 weeks from the date of receiving the order.

> Prices

The prices shown in the catalogue include all taxes (“TTC”). They include the ‘Longchamp’ presentation in a box or bag and, for France, transport (delivery to a single address). You will only be invoiced for customized marking (tools and production fees).


> Payment

Unless specifical agreement, your orders are to be paid for net within 30 days of the invoice date.
Specific conditions: You will be required to pay the amount of your order in advance if it is your first order or if your registered office is located outside France.

You will be given an approximate delivery date when you place your order.

Delivery rates vary according to the place of delivery and the number of deliveries you want (delivery to a single address or multiple addresses):

• Delivery in France:

- Delivery to a single address: delivery free of charge, including the first order, for orders of at least 1500 euros excluding taxes (“HT”).
- Delivery to multiple addresses: the rate to be charged will be quoted for in advance (the rate depends on the articles ordered, their dimensions, and their prices).

• Deliveries outside France: the rate to be charged will be quoted for in advance.

> Industrial Property

All industrial and artistic property rights in respect of the brands and models are held exclusively by Longchamp.

> Use of the Articles

The articles you buy from the “Company Boutique” are exclusively intended as gifts. Consequently, and unless we agree in advance, they may not be resold.
