Color liability

We try our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible.
To enhance your shopping experience, you should set your monitor to display the maximum colors possible. 
To do this, right-mouse click on your desktop and select 'Properties', and in the 'Display Properties', click on the 'Settings'.  Under 'Color Quality', choose the highest possible setting allowed by your computer (most likely 32 bit).

Longchamp cannot be held responsible:
- For a possible difference in color between "the screen and reality".
- For the wording of the personal message accompanying your gift and any consequences thereof.
- For the customization choices made on the item that are not suitable, even if it is a gift.

Customized items - Color choices

For customized items, the choice of colors is not the same as the current collection available in our retail stores.
These colors are updated twice a year.
