1. REGULAR ITEMS
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will take care of you.
To refund any new and unused merchandise purchased from Longchamp E-Shopping, please return items within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
There are 2 methods to make an online return:
1. UPS Return Label - Longchamp is pleased to offer a more convenient way to return merchandise -with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label sent with your order. No postage required - the cost of return shipping is USD 5.95 and will be deducted from your refund. No waiting in line - easy drop-off at any UPS location.
To use your UPS Return Label, complete the 4 steps below.
a. Complete and enclose the Return & Exchange document with your return merchandise.
b. Pack the return securely and use, if possible, the original parcel.
c. Affix the return label to your parcel. Cover or remove original shipping label.
d. Leave your parcel in any UPS drop-off location.
2. Alternately, use your own traceable and insured shipping method and mail to:

Nb: the cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.
Please follow the 4 steps below:

d. Send your parcel.
Please note:
- Your credit card will be credited for the price of the item; as well as any applicable taxes, once the item has been received and processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.
- Purchases may not be returned at any Longchamp boutique, Department Stores or other retailers.
- Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
- Longchamp is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges will be allowed if the unused item(s) still appear on the website at the time you decide to make an exchange or if it is in our current catalogue.
Please follow the 3 steps below:
a. Complete the Return & Exchange document
b. Bring your new and unused item(s) in its original packaging.
c. Go to any Longchamp boutique listed below:
Please note that purchases may not be exchanged at Department Stores or other retailers.

2. CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Considering the unique and customized nature of the item, it may not be returned or exchanged, in accordance with article L. 121-20-2 of the consumer code:
"The right of withdrawal may not be exercised, unless the parties agree otherwise, in contracts: (...) 3° Forthe supply of goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly customised..."
As a result, you have no option to claim any right of withdrawal.
We therefore recommend that you give the time and attention required for designing your item.
> Visible defects
You should check the condition of the delivered item. If you find a visible defect, you have 7 days from the date of delivery in which to make a complaint to help-usa@eshopping.longchamp.com.
Once your complaint has been validated, your contact will send you a "Return Form" which must be attached toyour returned parcel.
Once the 7-day period has elapsed, the item will be deemed to be free of any visible defects. Our workshop, in France, has the sole authority to judge the validity of the return.
> Non-compliance
If you note that the delivered item does not match your order confirmation, please email us at help-usa@eshopping.longchamp.com. Once your complaint has been validated, your contact will send you a "Return Form" which must be attached to your returned parcel.
> Payment of return costs and the means of shipment that you must use
In the event of a visible defect or prove non-compliance, we will pay the return costs of the item. Please make sure that you return your item in its original condition, with its packaging, via a carrier that allows you to monitor your shipment.
We ask you to pay the return costs in advance but promise to refund you the amount shown on the "Return Form".
Please note that items returned incomplete, ruined, damaged or soiled will not be taken back.
You should allow approximately 10 days from your validation by email in which to receive there fund on your VAT-inclusive invoice.
Please note also that therefund will only be made to the person who initially paid for the item online,by crediting his/her bank card.
