Return Policy
To refund any new and unused merchandise purchased from Longchamp E-Shopping, please return items within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. If you have passed this deadline we must issue a store credit or and exchange as long as the item is within our current catalogue collection. Sale and previous catalogue items are not eligible for refund or exchange. * Purchases may not be returned at any Longchamp boutique, department Stores or other retailers.There are 2 methods to make an online return:

Method 1: Request a UPS Label:
Longchamp is pleased to offer a more convenient way to return merchandise -with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label which will be emailed to you upon request.

Please follow these steps:
1. Email help-usa@eshopping.longchamp.com or contact Customer Service at (888) 828-8081 to request a label via email.
2. Package the item(s) securely and use, if possible to original parcel.
3. Print and place your label covering the old one or by using a new box.
4. Complete your return and exchange document and include it with your return item.
5. Drop your package at any UPS drop off location. To track your return package please keep the return label tracking # and visit http://www.ups.com.

* The cost of return shipping is $5.95 which will be deducted from your refund.


Method 2: Use your own shipping method:
Please follow these steps:
1. Complete your return and exchange document and include it with your return item.
2. Package the item(s) securely and use, if possible the original parcel.
3. Address the returned package as indicated below :Longchamp E-Store 4 Applegate Dr Suite BRobbinsville, NJ 08691
4. Ship your return package using a traceable and insured shipping provider.

* Longchamp is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

Please note:
- Your credit card will be credited for the price of the item and any applicable taxes, once the item has been received and processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.
- Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.


Exchange Policy
To exchange any new and unused merchandise purchased from Longchamp E-Shopping, item(s) sent back must be part of our current catalogue collection. Sale and previous catalogue items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please follow these steps:
1. Complete your return and exchange document and include it with your return item(s).
2. If shipping back your item(s) to us for an exchange, please choose a method for shipping from our above return policy.
3. You can also exchange your item(s) at any of our Longchamp boutiques below. To find your nearest Longchamp boutique please visit the store locator section at http://www.longchamp.com

* Products purchased on our site cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers or department stores.

Customized Items:
Considering the unique and customized nature of the item, it may not be returned or exchanged, in accordance with article L. 121-20-2 of the consumer code:"The right of withdrawal may not be exercised, unless the parties agree otherwise, in contracts: (...) 3° Forthe supply of goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly customized..."

As a result, you have no option to claim any right of withdrawal.We therefore recommend that you give the time and attention required for designing your item.

> Visible defects: You should check the condition of the delivered item. If you find a visible defect, you have 7 days from the date of delivery in which to make a complaint to: helpusa@eshopping.longchamp.com.Once your complaint has been validated, your contact will send you a "Return Form" which must be attached to your returned parcel.Once the 7-day period has elapsed, the item will be deemed to be free of any visible defects. Our workshop, in France, has the sole authority to judge the validity of the return.

> Non-compliance: If you note that the delivered item does not match your order confirmation, please email us at help-usa@eshopping.longchamp.com. Once your complaint has been validated, your contact will send you a "Return Form" which must be attached to your returned parcel.

> Payment of return costs and the means of shipment that you must use: In the event of a visible defect or prove non-compliance, we will pay the return costs of the item. Please make sure that you return your item in its original condition, with its packaging, via a carrier that allows you to monitor your shipment.We ask you to pay the return costs in advance but promise to refund you the amount shown on the "Return Form".* Please note that items returned incomplete, ruined, damaged or soiled will not be taken back. You should allow approximately 10 days from your validation by email in which to receive there fund on your VAT-inclusive invoice. The refund will only be made to the person who initially paid for the item online, by crediting his/her bank card.
