

GUARANTEE
Legal guarantees
The items ordered are covered by a legal guarantee of compliance and by a guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force (articles L. 211-1 to L. 212-1 of the Consumer Regulations - articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
You have a period of 2 years in which to invoke the above guarantees by contacting Longchamp's After-sales Service. This period runs from the delivery of the items for the legal obligation of compliance (articles L. 211-12 of the Consumer code) and from the discovery of the defect for the hidden defects guarantee (article 1648 of the Civil Code).
LONGCHAMP guarantee
The items on sale comply with the French regulations in force. They benefit from Longchamp expertise and quality.
They are thus guaranteed against any manufacturing faults. If such a fault occurs, Longchamp will repair your purchase free of charge, or exchange it. Exchanged items will not be returned.
The Longchamp guarantee obviously does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or damage caused by the use of a solvent or by the abnormal use of the item.
Damage caused during air transport should be reported immediately to the airline concerned, which will take responsibility for the claim.
LONGCHAMP After-sales Service/Repairs
Longchamp After-sales Service is responsible for repairs covered by Legal Guarantees, the Longchamp guarantee and for any wear-and-tear repairs to your items.
You can send or bring your Longchamp product to any of our boutiques to have repaired.

Otherwise, please contact another retail store near your home.
Your item will be sent to our workshops, where an appropriate decision will be taken:
- We offer free repair or replacement by a new item of an equivalent value for items that contain a manufacturing defect that has been observed and validated by our workshops.
- Repair (charged) for worn items. The price list for the most common repairs is available in all Longchamp retail stores. If the damage has been caused by you or a third party, we will offer you an estimate.
- you can only bring repairs to Longchamp boutiques not retailers
- There will be a charge for repairs on used Longchamp products. Our price list for the most common repairs is availble in all Longchamp boutiques.
- We cannot provide repair on mis-used or excesively worn merchandise.
- Any repairs made outside of Longchamp will void out our guarantee and will not allow us to further repair your product.
