Credit card use

Longchamp only accepts the following credit cards:
- Visa
- Carte Bleue
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Diners Club

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered matches your credit card statement exactly. Please contact your credit card company if the problem persists.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped and is debited in the currency of the order.
Please note that for mix orders (regular item + customized item) there are 2 transactions, corresponding to the 2 subtotals of your Shopping cart (and to the 2 shipments).


Security

Your purchases are carried out in a fully secured environment; the bank details that you submit via thesite are confidential and transferred to a registered banking establishment within a secured environment (SSL protocol).
Credit card numbers are not kept on our website but on the secured website of a banking establishment.
