Order Status

You can check the current status of your order by connecting to Your account.
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number from UPS in the shipment confirmation email.

Order Cancellation

* Regular items
If you would like to cancel the order that you have just placed, please email us as soon as possible at help-usa@eshopping.longchamp.com.
Please include the order number as well as your contact information. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request; however, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

* Customized items
You have 24 hours before your order goes into production to make any changes relating to the features of the items (colors, choice of metallic accessories, etc.), as long as these changes do not lead to any change in the price. To do this, please email us at help-usa@eshopping.longchamp.com. Please include the order number as well as your contact information.

Due to the fact that your order is customized, we cannot cancel your order after this time frame.
