The LONGCHAMP After-sale Service is responsible for repairs of LONGCHAMP articles that have a defect or otherwise require repair.
All of the LONGCHAMP boutiques are at your service for repair of your article.
For articles purchased on our website www.longchamp.com, we ask you to first contact the E-Shopping CustomerService:

. Your article will be sent to our workshops, which will make the appropriate decision. In the case of articles that are found to be defective (manufacturing defect observed and validated by our workshops):
- Repair of your article is free of charge;
- Replacement with a new article of equivalent value (if repair is impossible) ;
- Issue of a credit in an amount that will depend on the age and general condition of your article (if replacement or repair is impossible).
Attention, exchanged or reimbursed articles cannot be returned. In the case of articles that are found not to be defective (used articles requiring repair):
- Repair of your article may require a charge.
- The price charged for most current repairs is available in each boutique: Repairs are not subject to prior quotation. However, you will receive a quotation if the envisaged repair does not appear in the price list, and if the amount there of exceeds € 35 all taxes included;
- Attention, items that show extreme mis-use may not be repaired and will be returned.
