RETURNS & EXCHANGES

> Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will take care of you.

To refund any new and unused merchandise purchased from Longchamp E-Store, please return items within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.

However all sales are final.  Sales items can not be refunded or returned.
 
There are 2 methods to make an online return:

1. UPS Return Label - Longchamp is pleased to offer a more convenient way to return merchandise - with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label sent with your order. No postage required - the cost of return shipping is 5.95 and will be deducted from your refund. No waiting in line - easy drop-off at any UPS mail location.
 
To use your UPS Return Label complete the 4 steps below:

a. Complete and enclose the Return & Exchange document with your return merchandise.
b. Package the return securely and use, if possible, the original package.
c. Affix the return label to your package. Cover or remove original shipping label.
d. Drop your package in any UPS drop off location. 
 
2. Alternately, use your own trackable and insured shipping method and mail to:

Nb: the cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.

Please follow the 4 steps below:

a. Complete and enclose the Return & Exchange document with your return merchandise.

c. Affix your return label to your package. Cover or remove original shipping label.
d. Send your package.
 
Please note:
- Your credit card will be credited for the price of the item; as well as any applicable taxes, once the item has been received and processed.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

- Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.

- Purchases may not be returned at any Longchamp boutique, Department Stores or other retailers.

- Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.

- Longchamp is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

> Exchange Policy
Exchanges will be allowed if the unused item(s) still appear on the website at the time you decide to make an exchange or if it is in our current catalogue.
 
Please follow the 3 steps below:

a. Complete the Return & Exchange document
b. Bring your new and unused item(s) in original product package.
c. Go to any Longchamp boutique listed below:

PRICING POLICY

Most products displayed on the website are available in select Longchamp stores in the United States while supplies last.

In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the website may not be available in the Longchamp stores.

The Longchamp stores may also have different prices or promotional events at different times.

The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States and Canada.

At Longchamp.com, our utmost priority is ensuring that your personal and payment information is secure and your privacy is respected. Below is a description of how we maintain online security and respect your privacy.

1. Cookies

Longchamp E-store is best viewed with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari.

3. Plug-Ins
A few plug-ins will enhance your shopping experience at Longchamp.com:

- Flash: to view the homepage animation and many of our features.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader: to download certain forms.

4. Monitor Settings
Longchamp E-store looks best at a monitor resolution setting of 1024 x 768pixels.

We try our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible.

To enhance your shopping experience, you should set your monitor to display the maximum number of colors possible.  To do this, right-mouse click on your desktop and select Properties then Settings.  Under Color Quality, choose the highest possible setting allowed by your computer (most likely 32 bits).

nb: Longchamp E-store cannot be held responsible for the possible "screen/reality"variations in color.

LONGCHAMP WARRANTY

Longchamp products are designed and produced with the greatest of care. As such, they are guaranteed against all product defects.  However, should such a defect occur, Longchamp commits to repairing your purchase, replacing it, or issuing a store credit. (Please note, it may be a partial credit, depending onthe age of your item.) In case of a credit, your damaged item will not be returned to you.

The Longchamp warranty does not, of course, cover every day wear nor does it cover accidental damage, or damage resulting from the application of a solvent or by the abnormal use of a product. Damage caused during air transport should be reported immediately to the relevant airline company that will take responsibility for the damage.

If possible, contact the store where the product was purchased. Or look for another retail store close to you. If you or a third party is responsible for the damage, you will be given a quote for repairs.
