

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Zone
Longchamp currently ships to the 48 contiguous states as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Purchases may not be shipped to a delivery address equivalent to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
To ensure that your parcels are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the Cybersource/UPS database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept there commended changes or correct the address.
! Please do not use the # sign.
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
For security reasons, Longchamp purchases over 800 dollars will require signature from the recipient when delivered. Please contact us at help-usa@eshopping.longchamp.com if you wish to remove this option.
Shipping Method
* Regular items
2 types of shipping methods are available:
-STANDARD SHIPPING will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.
Standard delivery is available for shipping to the 48 contiguous states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
No weekend delivery.
-EXPRESS SHIPPING will typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.
Express delivery is only available for shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
No weekend delivery.
You parcel is sent to the shipping address validated at the time the order was placed.
You will be notified of the expedition of your parcel by a Shipment confirmation email that will include the UPS tracking number corresponding to the order. You may track your parcel using http://www.ups.com.
* Customized items
You can't choose your shipping method. Delivery time is unique.
Purchases will be delivered to the address shown on your order within a maximumof 3 weeks of placing the order, unless there is mention of any special delays during holiday periods.
Purchases are delivered by an independent carrier. Items are insured by us until they are delivered.
Purchases may not be delivered to an approved Longchamp retail store, or to a Longchamp boutique.

Delay & responsibility
Delivery is made by an independent transporter, UPS.
The products are insured by us up until delivery.
Please note that delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.
Lengthof delivery periods are given as an indication and should this time belonger, it is not a valid reason to claim damages, refuse delivery orcancel the order.
To avoid any complications regarding the receipt of your parcel, please read the following information carefully:
- You should check the condition of the product on delivery. Should thisnot be conform or have an apparent defect, you have 7 days from thedelivery date to formulate your claim; once this time period haspassed, the product will be considered in conformance with your orderand exempt from all apparent defect.
- UPS will only hand over the parcels over 0 in exchange for the recipient's signature.This must be an adult who has reached the legal age of majority in the country in which the parcel is received. As for parcels under this price point the UPS driver will leave the parcel at the recipient's door if he or she deems it is safe. If not they will leave a notice atthe door and make three delivery attempts before the parcel goes backto the UPS facility were the recipient will have to make other arrangements for delivery.
- If you receive a note saying that UPS called to deliver, contact them immediately to arrange a new delivery date. If you do not accept delivery of the parcel, UPSmay return it to us...

- You have received the shipment confirmation email but you haven't received your order:
For deliveries, the carrier is UPS. The shipment confirmation email does not accept responses. If the delivery date given by UPS has passed (give an extra 2/3 days), you may contact them at the following address: http://www.ups.com.
-You haven't received the shipment confirmation email but the guideline delivery date shown on your order confirmation email has passed:

-If your items have not been delivered within 7 days after the guideline delivery date, for any reason other than "force majeure":
You may,if you wish, cancel the sale (by registered mail with a request forproof of receipt, under the terms of article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer code). You may exercise this right within 60 working days from the planned delivery date. You will thus be refunded all the money you have paid (including shipping costs paid with the order) within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the registered letter.
> Parcel damaged during transport:
If you see that your parcel or item has been damaged, please email us at help-usa@eshopping.longchamp.com giving details of the damage observed (parcel damp, holed, open, etc.), as we need to send a registered letter to the carrier within 48 hours.
Shipping Cost
* Regular items
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: we only ship to these destinations by using the Standard shipping method.

* Customized items
All of our customized items are being shipped directly form France.
Shipping costs depend on the weight and the volume of the parcel, but also on the cost of fuel.
