

HOW TO ORDER
To place your order
Click on the ‘My cart' icon (on the top right of your screen): all the items selected will appear in your Shopping cart. If you want to modify or remove any items, simply update by changing the quantity or by clicking on the trash bin icon.
Longchamp limits purchases to 10 items or $5000 of any style per customer per day.

To proceed your order
Click on ‘Purchase' and you will be asked to:
- Step 1, SIGN IN: Create your account or identify yourself.
- Step 2, ADDRESSES: Enter your billing and shipping addresses.
So that parcels can be delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, the information you give will be analysed by Cybersource/UPS to check the validity of the address.
- Step 3, ORDER REVIEW: View the summary of your order (items ordered and total amount of the order) and correct any errors. Select a shipping method (regular or express). If you would like to offer the item as a gift, choose the gift option and add a personal message.
By confirming your order, you are declaring that you accept it and all the General conditions of sale. You also accept that the systems we use to record the order act as proof of the transaction and its date.
- Step 4, PAYMENT: Enter your bank account details
- Step 5, ORDER CONFIRMATION: Access the "Order confirmation" stage. At the same time, you will receive an email confirming your order, and this will act as an order form.
When your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail.
For customized items, you will need to follow a procedure of 4 customization steps until the order placement.
- Step 1 - Select your model
- Step 2 - Select the length of your handles, for the bags only
- Step 3 - Select your colors
- Step 4 - Select your options (embossing or embroidery)
Then go to the "Recap" screen, which allows you to add the item to your "Shopping cart".
Once you have confirmed the contents of the "Shopping cart" screen, you may begin the order process.
When your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail.
IMPORTANT: You have 24 hours before your order goes into production to make any changes relating to the features of the items (colors, choice of metallic accessories, etc.), as long as these changes do not lead to any change in the price. To do this, please email us at: help-usa@eshopping.longchamp.com.
We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom we are in dispute over payment of a previous order.
