

HOW TO ORDER
When you have done your selection, please go to the MY CART icon on the top right of your screen to see your choice(s).
To place your order, please select "Continue" and all the items selected will appear in your shopping bag. If you want to modify or remove any items, simply update your shopping cart.
To proceed with your order click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to:
Step 1: sign in
Step 2: provide your billing address and your shipping address
Step 3: validate your order review, and select gift option and shipping method
Step 4: provide payment information
Once you get a screen confirmation of your order, your Order confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

SHOPPING CART
> Persistence
As you add items to your shopping bag, we will display your bag in the right hand corner of your screen, including the item name, quantity, and price per unit. We will automatically save the items in your shopping bag for 15 days. You do not need to sign in to save or access your bag if you are using the same computer. If you are using a different computer, you will need to sign in to see your bag.
> Purchase Limit
Longchamp E-store limits purchases to 5 items of any style per customer per day. If you're interested in buying a large number of items for a company, or other organization, please fill in our Corportate gifts form.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
> Shipping Zone
Longchamp E-Store currently ships to only the 48 contiguous states. You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
For security reasons, Longchamp E-store purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
> Address Validation
To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the Cybersource database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address.
Please do not use the # sign.
> Shipping method
STANDARD SHIPPING will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to the contiguous U.S. No weekend delivery.
EXPRESS SHIPPING will typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Express delivery is available for shipping to the contiguous U.S. No weekend delivery.
Delivery is made by UPS, an independent transporter. The products are insured by us up until delivery.
Length of delivery periods are given as an indication and should they be longer, this is not a valid reason to claim damages, refuse delivery or cancel the order.
However, should the product not be delivered to you within 30 days after the delivery date stated in your confirmation e-mail, for any reason other than force majeure, then you will be entitled to cancel the sale if you so wish. You will be reimbursed for the amount you paid.
You should check the condition of the product on delivery. Should it not be conform or has an apparent defect, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to formulate your claim; once this time period has passed, the product will be considered conform and exempt from all apparent defects.
> Shipping Cost
Please note: delivery time is from moment of order fulfilment, not order placement.
Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship-to address being used for your order).
Tax is calculated at the unit-level, as some states offer tax exemptions and exceptions for certain apparel items. Some of the items in your order may be taxable and others may be non-taxable. Likewise, some taxable items may be taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order.
Tax is also applied to the shipping charges associated to the taxable items in your order.
If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are non-refundable once an item has indeed been shipped.
Longchamp is required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges in the state of New York.
PAYMENT
> Credit card use
Your purchases are paid for exclusively by credit card at the time of placing your order.
Longchamp E-Store only accepts the following credit cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Club
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please contact your credit card company if the problem persists.
> Debit
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped and is debited in the currency of the order.
> Security
Your purchases are fully secured; the bank details that your transactions online to a registered bank are confidential and carried out in a secured environment (SSL protocol). Credit card numbers are not conserved on our site.
ABOUT YOUR ORDER
> Order Status
If you have placed an order with Longchamp E-Store, you can check the current status of your order by connecting to Your account .
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number from UPS in the shipment notification email.
You can check the status of your delivery by connecting to your personal account on Longchamp E-Store.
> Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel the order that you've just placed, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@longchampestore.com.
Please include your order number as well as your contact information.
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request; however, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
YOUR ACCOUNT
> Forgot My Password
Enter the e-mail address associated with Your account (the one where you receive our newsletters) and we will send your password via e-mail to this address.
GIFT ORDERS
> Gift Wrapping
For all items, Longchamp offers complimentary gift wrapping tied with our signature ribbon. Simply check the appropriate box when completing your order.
> Gift Message
You can enclose a gift message upon request with your purchase. When completing your order, please type your message in the appropriate box provided (150 characters maximum). We will print your message on a special card, and we will send it out with your gift. Limited to one message per item.
nb: Longchamp E-store is not responsible for the wording of personal messages included with your gift and the possible consequences thereof.
> Gift Receipts
If you indicate that your order is a gift, we will automatically include a gift receipt that lists the items, but not their prices.
