Where does Longchamp E-store ship?
Currently, Longchamp E-Store ships strictly to the contiguous 48 states only, except PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
In order to make purchases, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States.
In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
Can I order from Longchamp E-store outside of the United States?
Longchamp E-Store is not currently accepting orders with billing or shipping addresses outside of the United States.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
When you enter your credit card information and click "Continue" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number.
You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours.
We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.
How to receive my password reminder?
