What can I use as a form of payment?
Longchamp only accepts the following credit cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Diners Club

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
When you enter your credit card information and click "Continue" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number.
You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours.
We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we've charged your credit card.

Can my purchase include a gift wrapping?
For all items, Longchamp offers complimentary gift wrapping tied with our signature ribbon.
Simply check the appropriate box when completing your order.
In addition, you can enclose a gift message upon request with your purchase.
When completing your order, please type your message in the appropriate box provided (330 characters maximum). We will print your message on a special card, and we will send it out with your gift. There is a limit of one gift message per order.

How to receive my password reminder?
If you are attempting to log into Longchamp and cannot remember your password, click on "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the ‘Sign In' screen. Within moments, you will receive an email providing you with the password hint that you entered when you registered.
If you are still unable to remember your password based on your password hint, you may contact Customer service to have a new, confidential password sent to you. 

 I'd like to know where the custom bags are made.
Custom bags on sale are made individually, to order, in a workshop dedicated to the production of these products, within our main production unit located in Segré, in the Maine-et-Loire region of France.

Is it possible to have a custom bag including other options to those proposed by the website?
You can only design your bag selecting the optional choices as proposed on the website depending on the model, matching colors and handle sizes. More than 4000 possible combinations are available to you.
We are unable to propose a special production using another type of leather, or another thread color for the overstitching (it will always be ecru).

How can I go about ordering products for use as business gifts?
If you're interested inbuying a large number of items for a company, or other organization, weask you to contact our Custom bags Department to specify your needs (quantity,delay, product reference):help-usa@eshopping.longchamp.com. They will get back to you as soon as possible about your request.

I have received my custom bag but I'm disappointed with it and I'd like to return it. Is this possible?
As indicated at the time of placing your order and as featured in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, because your model is customized we are unable to accept either the return against a refund, nor the exchange other than in the case of the two exceptions as mentioned, either the product is not in conformance to your order or with an apparent production defect.
For the same reasons, if your find the harmony of colors that you have chosen disappointing; we are unfortunately unable to take the product back. Please note that, depending on computers, colors can be distorted and there can be a difference between the image on the screen and the reality.

What guarantee is there regarding confidentiality and security?
Your purchases are carried out in a fully secured environment; the bank details that you submit via the site are confidential and transferred to a registered banking establishment within a secured environment (SSL protocol). Credit card numbers are not kept on our website but on the secured website of a banking establishment. Your personal details are at no time subject to sale, commercialization or rental to third parties. And you have the right to access, modify, rectify and oppose any information concerning yourself.
