PRACTICAL INFORMATION
OPENING AN ACCOUNT
For all new customers, the first order must be for more than 1 500 euros, excluding taxes.
Accounts are opened as soon as we have received your bank details, your SIRET number, and your VAT registration number.
ORDER FORM
Your orders are confirmed to us on letterhead indicating:
> the address for delivery,
> the address for invoicing,
> the name and contact details of the prescriber,
> the references, quantities and unit prices of the items being ordered.
CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT
The first order must be paid for in advance.
A down payment of 50% is required for all special orders.
In all other cases, please refer to our general terms and conditions for sales.
CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY
Deliveries for orders of 1 500 euros excluding taxes are free of charge to a single address in the European territory of France.
Individual deliveries are invoiced by item according to the weight, bulk and price of the reference, and the delivery address. A quotation is given.
For deliveries outside the European territory of France, please ask for a quotation.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES
The prices shown include all taxes. Delivery is free of charge within the European territory of France for an order of at least 1 500 euros (to be confirmed).
Items may be temporarily out of stock at certain times of the year, resulting in longer delivery times. We cannot be held responsible if this happens.
